One problem with many self-help books is that they spend too much time preaching their techniques. They often supply some good material, they make you think… but they do not inspire follow through and action. It gives great detail on what causes people to feel anxiety as well as clear steps to decrease anxiety. They key to this book is in its approach to the material. This book is just more fun than some others. Being interactive and even having things like quizzes to ensure you are truly learning the material and making your learning experience worthwhile.
