Each program has been created and produced at different time periods over the years since 1995 with updates or corrections available on-line. Feel Better Kit® Stress Reduction and Wellness Lifestyle Program 1.) Dr. Paul Fair, Psychologist-Co-author Dr. Paul Fair, a graduate of Boston University, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Mediator and Collaborative Divorce Coach in private practice in Atlanta Georgia. As a therapist, he specializes in anxiety, anger and stress disorders and is BCIA certified in Biofeedback. As a Divorce Coach and Mediator he specializes in Stress and Anger Management during divorce, Parenting Plan Mediation/facilitation [Mediated, Uncontested, Collaborative and Litigated divorces], and Divorce Counseling. He has been a Collaborative Practice Divorce Coach since 2003, a Collaborative Trainer since 2006 and Trained Civil and Domestic Mediator since 2009. He is a member of the Georgia Psychological Association, Board member of the Collaborative Law Institute of Georgia (CLIG), and member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP), the Atlanta Collaborative Divorce Alliance (ACDA), and Collaborative Law Center of Atlanta (CLCA). Paul has authored several research papers, book chapters. He is the co-author with JacLynn Morris of two books: "From Me To You: the reluctant writer's guide to powerful personal messages (Writer's Digest Books, October 2000) and I’m Right. You’re Wrong. Now What?: How to Break Through Any Relationship Stalemate Without Fighting, Folding or Fleeing (Sourcebooks, Inc., 2004). 2.) Steve DeFrank, Exercise Physiologist-Co-author Steve was the Supervisor for business and service operations of Promina Health Place Center for Wellness, including four separate centers in the system. Prior to this, he was Fitness Supervisor for the Promina multi-hospital health care system in the areas of fitness and wellness education. Earlier he worked as an Exercise Physiologist at the Center for Wellness at Kennestone Hospital. He received his Masters of Science Degree in Sports Medicine at the University of Virginia and later received his law degree from Georgia State University where he is now a practicing attorney in Atlanta. 3.)Kathleen Zelman, Registered Dietitian, M.P.H., L.D.-Co-Author Kathleen is a spokesperson for the 68m member American Dietetic Association assisting the media with food and nutrition related stories and training registered dietitians in effective communication practices. She also consults as Nutrition Editor for a major book publisher on their health and nutrition books and serves as a nutritional auditor measuring fast food operations for Audit International. She previously consulted with Chef Paul Prudhomme on his book Paul Prudhomme's Fork in the Road and served as Dietetic Internship Director for The Alston Ochsner Medical Foundation in New Orleans. She received her Masters in Health Degree from Tulane University. He has published various articles on psychotherapy and is the creator and publisher of an interactive CD developed for Ford Credit Company entitled “Stress without Distress: Handling stress on the job”. Bob received his Ph.D. degree from Florida State University. Minding the Body® I-“Emotional Eating” Audio Program Dr. Ed Abramson, Author and voice Dr. Abramson is an internationally recognized expert on obesity, dieting and eating disorders, who lectures around the world. He holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and is a member of the American Psychological Association. He is the author of 'Behavioral Approaches to Weight Control,' 'Emotional Eating,' 'To Have and To Hold' and 'Body Intelligence.' Dr. Abramson has also appeared on 'Hard Copy,' '20/20,' PBS and 'Good Day LA' in addition to many other television and radio programs. He is also a Professor of Psychology at CSU. Minding the Body® II-“Proper Eating” Audio Program Kathleen Zelman, Registered Dietitian, M.P.H., L.D. Co-author of the Feel Better Kit® and author/voice of “Minding the Body®II” Eating well audio program. Free, Personalized Stress Assessment Dr. Paul Fair-Author (See bio under Feel Better Kit) Stress Related Information and Stress Research Greg Turek, MA Psychology-Author Capella University, Adjunct Professor of Human Services and Dissertation Committee Chair/Member. MA Psychology, University of Georgia. Currently, teaches courses in psychology, research methods, and statistics. Stephen Mark Kohn, music composer- “Reflections” music program Stephen has written music for a number of award-winning children's films, including Frog and Toad Together, Uncle Elephant, Cousin Kevin, Morris Goes to School, Commander Toad in Space, Ralph S. Mouse and the Emmy-nominated Runaway Ralph. He has composed commercial and industrial tracks for Wheaties, Arby's, Volvo, Hickory Farms, TRW, Stanley Steamer, Matrix, RAX restaurants and many others. His music can be heard nationally on NPR for the Sylvia Rimm show and on the Time-Warner audio book series Health Journeys, which has sold over one million copies worldwide. His Hymn for String Orchestra (published by Carl Fischer) has been recorded by the San Jose Chamber Orchestra and his “27 Haiku” and “American Folk Set” for voice and piano are published by Classical Vocal Repertoire. His opera Rite of Passage was produced at The Banff Centre and Opera. An independent filmmaker with his brother Justin, he has co-written and directed the short films Bugfeast, Lord J's Wild West Daredevil Show and How's My Driving?, which have been screened at festivals around the world. He created lyrics for the stage musicals The Quiltmaker's Gift (published by Dramatic Publishing) and The Tale of the Nutcracker, both with music by Craig Bohmler. His short story “The Professor's Diary” appeared in National Lampoon magazine. He currently serves on the faculty of the Cleveland Institute of Music as director of the electronic music studio. 2.) Jeff Kinder, Music Composer-Custom music for seven (7) mind/body Relaxation programs with Dr. Paul Fair as the voice and author. Jeff is a composer/sound designer and the owner of KinderWorks Limited, a creative sound and music boutique. He has worked with soccer teams... the NBA... the NFL... news networks like CNN and cable networks like TNT. His work with The Cartoon Network peaked his interest in Interactive Games.
